That Was Then, This Is Now is a movement ritual for exploring what we’re still carrying from the past—and what is ready to shift. This is not about erasing or denying where we’ve been. It’s about recognizing what belongs to another time, another version of us, and choosing—through the body—what is true now.
Through somatic exploration, intuitive movement, and deep listening, we will:
